  1. The basic effort of PEPITO is to offer and supply its products to customers in a high quality and at fair prices and to ensure that up-to-date and accurate information about deadlines and delivery methods is always available to our customers.
  2. The company's mission is to satisfy the demanding requirements of customers (cosmetic and feed product manufacturers) for top-quality raw products, always to arrange flawless dispatching and continuously monitor and assess the quality of supplies.
  3. The company would like to become a major supplier of its products to the EU market with respect to the quantity and permanent high quality of its products. Hence we pay attention to maintaining and raising the qualifications of our employees and periodical testing, training and courses for them.
  4. The company offers a strong background for its employees and guarantees permanently rising wages and a constant improvement of the working conditions. We make further education available to our employees, try to accommodate their personal (private) needs and offer them the option of unpaid leave, etc.
  5. A high level of performance and accommodating, efficient communication with customers and suppliers is the company's standard.
  6. Our quality system includes our suppliers and external colleagues, who need to prove a high level of cooperation, services and product quality.
  7. The company's management expects its employees to participate in the performance of work duties resulting in fulfilling of the company's targets and this policy. The management undertakes to create conditions for this objective and provide full support of it.
