Materials processed by our company come from meat processing plants and slaughterhouses. Therefore, the raw fat is subject to strict veterinary control.
Strict hygiene measures are a standard during the transport and further handling of raw fat. We pay attention to the following measures in particular: the cleanliness of the transport containers, the prescribed temperature during transport, the optimum storage temperature and the minimum storage time.
Our final product is rendered beef tallow and rendered pork fat, which is further processed and used widely in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, feed product and engineering industries.
The product is also used in the feed product industry for the production of granules for dogs, cats and other animals. This sector can also perfectly utilize meat meal, which is separated from rendered tallow in the final stage of rendering. Meat meal is supplied boiled or dried.
In relation to the growing volume of production, Pepito s.r.o. is constantly interested in the expansion of its range of suppliers of raw fat for our production. Specifically, we are interested in beef and pork fat.
Our customers include production and commercial companies within the chains of producers of cosmetic products, soap and animal feed products. The resulting products are supplied to a range of both local and foreign companies within and outside the EU.
